  • [SERVICE] Feb 2025. Lei serves as a panelist for “Introduce a Girl to Engineering Day” at Pea Ridge Junior High. It is an incredible opportunity to share her perspective as a female engineer and, hopefully, inspire the next generation of young innovators!

  • [GRANT] Jun 2024. We receive the seed funding from the U.S. Geological Survey 104(b) base grant through the Arkansas Water Resources Center on the occurrence, fate, and transport of PFAS in the region. Link
  • [SERVICE] Jun 2024. High school students had a blast learning about water treatment through hands-on activities led by the Guo Lab at the 2024 Engineering Summer Academy‘s “Water Treatment Basics” session.
  • [GRANT] May 2024. We are grateful for the generous funding from the Arkansas Biosciences Institute (ABI) to further our research on the role of materials chemistry in advancing bioimaging techniques.
